- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.
- Accessories like bags, stoles, scarves, and jewellery are not eligible for exchange.
- If your order arrives with a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please click a clear photo of the defect as soon as you open the package and share it with us.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days. Please ensure the product is securely packed and all original tags are attached.
When Will I Receive My Exchange?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement will be shipped. Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
