ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMELINE
We offer standard and express shipping options across India. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available in select pin codes and typically delivers within 2–4 business days.
International deliveries may take 10–15 business days, depending on the customs clearance and destination country regulations.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/volume. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international deliveries shall be borne by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track the shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
YAZAS takes utmost care to pack and ship your products safely. However, in case of damage or defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@yazas.in with clear photos/videos. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. YAZAS shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations of their respective countries. YAZAS will not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
