• Products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.
• Accessories like bags, stoles, scarves, and jewellery are not eligible for exchange.
• If your order arrives with a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please click a clear photo of the defect as soon as you open the package and share it with us.

How to Request an Exchange

If your purchase meets the conditions above, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with the following details:

• Delivery address
• Reason for exchange (include photos if it’s a quality issue or incorrect product)

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days. Please ensure the product is securely packed and all original tags are attached.

When Will I Receive My Exchange?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement will be shipped. Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
